Our Story

We started in July of 2015! Our classes of 5-10 people suddenly exploded into 40, then 60, then 80 with our record hitting 106 people in one class! We expanded to 5 locations right before Covid hit. During these crazy times, we are currently rocking it OUTDOORS and ONLINE! Come join us. There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing choices. So bundle up and come get some fresh air!
